Independence Day - The Grand Finale

To end our fun 4th of July, we all went over to Thanksgiving Point to watch their awesome fireworks show.  We got there early to ensure we had good seats.  The kids loved hanging out together and playing with the light sticks that Grandma (or was it Wendi?) brought, and the pop-its from Grandpa.

What a fun holiday weekend!  The 4th of July is one of my favorite holidays. The parades! The barbeques! The fireworks! I love it all.  I especially love the sense of patriotism and pride I feel as we celebrate this holiday with our families and our community. What a blessing to have been born in this great country with men and women who fight for our freedoms. I'm proud to be an American!
