The 4th of July weekend was so busy and so much fun. On Thursday, we went to Marcus and Mandy's for dinner. Grandma gave Corinne and Sydney a cooking lesson and taught them how to make sloppy joes and a special cookie dessert.
Friday morning, we all got up early and met at Silver Lake in Big Cottonwood Canyon. We hiked the trail around the lake, Tyson and Grandpa fished a little, and we saw three moose! It was a beautiful place.
After Silver Lake, we headed to Scheel's to ride the Ferris Wheel, then over to Marcus and Mandy's for lunch. After a brief rest, we went swimming at the Lehi Outdoor pool. It was a busy day, but we had a lot of fun with our family.
